Xpu Ha Palace
We spent seven wonderful days at Xpu Ha Palace during the Christmas holidays, and really had a first rate vacation! When we arrived it was easy to find the resort’s very dependable shuttle transportation, Chaza Travel. The resort tours (free for us) and activities were all very enjoyable and a good “fit” for us. The food at all the restaurants was excellent, especially the buffets. All of the staff people were very friendly and we really enjoyed talking with them. The hotel guest-services staff always gave us good advice on how to travel outside the resort. Taxi services were available at a moment’s notice. From start to finish, we had a really great time. Highly recommended.!!

Xpu Ha Palace
Our vacation week at Xpu Ha was the most well-organized, well put together and first class vacation we could ever have imagined! We landed at Cancun and the Chaza people were waiting to transport us to the resort in an air- conditioned van. Check in was easy and included a welcoming cool drink. All staff persons were eager to please, informative, and very available to assist with our free tours. The resort itself was fabulous, especially for us with two teenagers. The restaurants had a fantastic selection, and the food was excellent, especially the buffets. The interesting and varied activities that were available kept each of us happy and busy at our own pace. We went on the free Isla de Mujeres tour and the kids really loved the ride over and back, as the crew packed the time with entertainment. We enjoyed swimming with the dolphins on the island. We look forward to our next visit, and of course we’ll use one of Jon and Evelyn’s weeks! They made it so simple…we just had to get on the plane and go.

Moon Palace
Fun, fun, and lots of sun! Just wanted to write a quick note to tell you how much our family enjoyed our vacation at the Moon Palace resort.
We have traveled the Caribbean for the past 10 years but found this trip to be so…so…relaxing. We didn’t have to leave the resort – everything imaginable was right there for the whole family. This was our first experience at an “all-inclusive.” We give it a “thumbs up” and the only way to go!! The food & drinks were abundant, delicious, and the restaurants offered plenty of variety for all the different taste buds in our family.
Rick and I enjoyed our daily workouts at the gym which was a beautiful facility (plenty of cardio and exercise equipment – no waiting)! The massages, pedicures and manicures that were a part of our package were such a treat!! Daily we lounged by the crystal clear pools with average temps of 80-85. We found the beach fun to walk.
We did manage to break away from our paradise for a day visit to the Isla de Mujeres to visit and swim with the dolphins…To see my husband and daughter kiss and frolic with the dolphins…unforgettable…and better yet, swim with them…priceless!!!
The entertainment provided by the resort was fun for the family. Most of all we enjoyed the staff…always serving with a smile and wanting to accommodate our every need.
Thank you, Evelyn, for arranging the perfect suite for us and the “to-and-from transfers” between the resort and the airport. Everything went without a hitch!
